A true lover of the arts and great champion for artists across genres, Phyllis Battle uses her public service platform to bring a variety of cultural experiencs to her constituents.
On April 22, 2017 Inglewood City Library provided the venue for residents to be treated to an hour long, L.A. Opera "Zarzuela" performance, a form of operatta considered one of Spain's natural artistic treasures. |
